i always dreamed of living in this land,
this land i knew existed.
but then the world i am in,
to such a tune it sings,
one that i am still not able to understand,
and i think if the land,
the land where you come from,
if that is the real world.
the world i truly belong to?
i want to dive in to it,
and experience the waters,
standing on the ledge i look back,
if i jump into the water,
i know i wont be able to come out ever,
it seems like a place where i could just, be.
then i think of the world i am in,
i know it a little better,
but i dont want to go back to my world.
i guess i ll stay on the ledge,
till a mermaid from your land pulls me in,
or the wind pushes me back to the world i am in.
